Depending on your location and choice of delivery, the time it will take for your order to arrive will vary. Please refer to the list below to see the maxmium time to allow for your order to arrive. If it is past this time and your order has still not arrived please contact us and we will investigate the matter and get back to you with a solution ASAP.

Question 2

I can't access the instructions!

Accepted Answer

To access the build instructions for your model/minifig, go to the DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS page, select the model/minifig you wish to view the instructions for and input the password found on the card included in your kit. If for any reason this does not work, simply get in touch using the CONTACT US form quoting your order number and we will send the instructions directly to your email.

Question 3

Some pieces are missing from my kit!

Accepted Answer

If any pieces are missing from your kit please use the MISSING PIECES form to report to us which pieces are missing and we will send them out to you ASAP.

Question 4

I'm trying to build the model but two of the pieces won't hold together!

Accepted Answer

Due to the complex design of the models we offer, some parts of the build will be held together by only 1 stud. Due to the small tolerances in the manufacturing of LEGO pieces sometimes these pieces won't hold together strongly enough on just a single stud. It is rare that this occurs but in the case that it does please use the missing pieces form to let us know which pieces aren't holding together and make sure to write clearly in the message field 'NOT HOLDING TOGETHER' so that the new pieces can be checked before sending.

Question 5

I accidentally damaged the stickers while trying to apply them!

Accepted Answer

If you accidentally damage one or more of the stickers while applying them, we will be happy to offer you another sticker sheet at a discounted price. Please use the contact us form quoting your order reference and the model which you need new stickers for and you will be sent a payment request. Once completed your new sticker sheet will be sent out to you ASAP.

Question 6

My model is a bit unstable!

Accepted Answer

Although we try our best to make our models as sturdy as possible, due to the complex designs of the models we offer, some parts of the build may be a little unstable. For this reason we discourage playing with these models and suggest using them as display pieces.

Question 7

My model has no helmet sticker!

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately due to the round shape of the LEGO helmet piece, it is very difficult to apply stickers to. Because of this we unfortunately don't include any helmet stickers in our kits, plain coloured helmets representing the drivers helmet colour will be included only.
